Chandumajra denies any poll pact with SAD

Moga, Jan 1 (UNI) Shiromani Akali Dal (Longowal) president Prem Singh Chandumajra today denied that his party had entered into any electoral understanding with the Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) for the coming Punjsb assembly elections.

Reacting to reports in section of press about a seat sharing deal between the two parties, Mr Chandumajra emphatically denied that any such deal had been finalised.

Mr Chandumajra said he had convened his party's Executive Committee meeting at Chandigarh tomorrow to review the political situation prevailing in the state and chalk out the party's strategy for the February 13 elections.
