Saddam execution ''mockery of justice'': Prince of Arcot

Chennai, Dec 31 (UNI) Calling the execution of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein as ''mockery of justice'', Prince of Arcot Nawab Mohammed Abdul Ali today said the entire legal proceedings were ''a sham, preplanned and a farce.'' ''The date and time chosen for the execution-- on Eid-ul-Zuha-- clearly showed the scant respect the Bush administration had for the sentiments of Muslims all over the world,'' his statement said here.

''It is hypocritical for the US to even speak of Saddam's excesses and wrong doings when they themselves have been complicit in such acts'', the Prince added.
