Meghalaya's Rural Banks support nat-wide strike

Shillong, Dec 31: The Khasi Jaintia Rural Bank OfficersAssociation in Meghalaya will observe a one-day nation wide strike onJanuary 5 along with all the officers of all regional rural banks.

The United Forum of Regional Rural Banks Union- a joint forum ofall the officers and employees unions at the national level comprisingof AIRRBOF, AIRRBEA, AIGBOA, AIGBEC and NCRRBE, in support of severaldemands, which the Union government is yet to fulfill.
