I M G Khan is new Secretary (Posts)

New Delhi, Dec 31 (UNI) Mr I M G Khan, an officer of the Indian Postal Service (1970 batch), today took charge as Secretary, Department of Posts, an official spokesman said today.

He takes over from Mrs Jyotsna Diesh, who retired on superannuation.

Mr Khan will also hold ex-officio the posts of Director General Posts and Chairman, Postal Services Board.

Mr Khan was till recently working as Member (Operations and Marketing). Earlier, he held positions as Member (Development), CPMG Rajasthan Circle and U P Circle.
