Goods train derailment near Jalna disrupts SCR services
Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Dec 31 (UNI) Train services were partially disrupted between Jalna and Aurangabad stations of South Central Railways (SCR) following derailment of two bogies of a goods train near Jalna railway station this morning.
Divisional Railway Manager (SCR) Pramodkumar said the two bogies of the goods train heading for Nanded were derailed on the main line track near Jalna at around 0930 hrs.
The SCR has regulated two Express trains -- Tapovan and Sachkhand -- in view of the derailment, he said.
According to him, efforts were on to clear the track at Jalna and the services would be normal by late evening.
