Freedom fighter Raja Dulaiya cremated

Mahoba, Dec 31 (UNI) The mortal remains of veteran freedom fighter Raja Dulaiya, who died yesterday, were consigned to flames here today in Sailamaf village with full state honours.

Ms Dulaiya alongwith her husband Ram Narayan Sonkia had participated in the Satya Grah movement started by Mahatma Gandhi.

During this period, she also suffered the brutality of the Britishers.

She died yesterday after a prolonged illness.

She was 103.
