Three US Marines killed in western Iraq

Baghdad, Dec 30: Three US marines died on Thursday from wounds suffered in combat in Iraq's western Anbar province, the US military said yesterday.

The latest deaths take the number of US military deaths in Iraq since the US-led invasion of March 2003 to at least 2,994.
