Madhya Pradesh: Govt gears up to face oil strike
Bhopal, Dec 30: The Madhya Pradesh government has made alternate arrangements to ensure availability of petrol and diesel during the indefinite strike called by the Federation of All India Petroleum Traders Association from January 1.
In the state capital, 11 outlets being run by oil companies and Police welfare cell will remain open during the strike period, official sources said.
Meanwhile, the four-day strike by petrol outlets across Uttar Pradesh demanding roll back in tax was called off last night.
