Cyber Lab to be opened on January three

Bangalore, Dec 30 (UNI) Canara Bank Chairman and Managing Director M B N Rao will inaugurate the Cyber lab of National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) on January three at the office of the Corps of Detectives here.

As part of the Trusted Sourcing Initiative, NASSCOM has been working very closely with Indian law enforcement organisations to strengthen the capacity of the Indian criminal justice system, including the police, prosecutors and judicial officers.

The Cyber Lab in Bangalore, a joint initiative of NASSCOM, Canara Bank and Karnataka Police, would broaden cyber security awareness and ensure an effective enforcement framework for law enforcement officers to investigate and prosecute cyber crime NASSCOM said here in a release.
