14 new substations commissioned in Haryana
Chandigarh, Dec 30 (UNI) Haryana Power Utilities have commissioned 14 new substations, augmented 35 existing substations and constructed 3,53,163 km long transmission lines with a total investment of Rs 160.30 crore till December this fiscal.
A spokesman for the Haryana Power Utilities said the new substations included one 220KV substation at Bahadurgarh, two 132KV substations at Rasina and MIE Bahadurgarh, four 66KV substations at Gangori, Gulab Nagar, Bhagola and Punhana and seven 33KV substations at Serla, Sector 6 HUDA, Karnal, Industrial Area, Narnaul, Khanak, Mohamdki, Rasidon and Bamnauli.
The Augmentation covered five 220KV substations at Tepla, Rohtak, Bahadurgarh, Rohtak and Rewari; six 132 KV substations at Jhajjar, Dharsul, Kaithal, Loharu, Madhosinghana and Ram Nagria, five 66KV substations at Chhachhrauli, Adhoya, Raipur Rani, Barnala and Maruti Gurgaon; and nineteen 33KV substations spread over most of the district in the state.
