Ten shops gutted in Kashmir

Srinagar, Dec 29 (UNI) Ten shops were gutted in a fire at Kokernag in Anantnag district of south Kashmir last night, police said today.

They said fire broke out in the main market of Kokernag in which ten shops were completely gutted.

No loss of life or injury to anyone has been reported. However, the loss was estimated at lakhs of rupees, police added.

The cause of the fire was being ascertained.
