Lok Adalat at Doda settles 25 cases

Jammu, Dec 29 (UNI) A Lok Adalat,s held in the Court Complex of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Doda, today settled 25 cases through mediation, negotiation and conciliation.

Sources said Lok Adalat was held under the Chairman of K S Parihar, Chairman Tehsil Legal Services committee, in which Doda's District Mobile Magistrate, K R Sharma, members of Bar Association Doda and a large number of people and litigants participated.

The Lok Adalat Bench was headed by Chairman Tehsil Legal services committee, CJM Doda and assisted by District Mobile Magistrate (Traffic) Doda. In the Lok Adalat 25 cases of different nature were settles. A fine of Rs 10,700 was realised on spot.
