Ban on recruitment lifted in MP

Bhopal, Dec 29 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh government has lifted the ban on recruitment in all departments and chalked out an action plan to create employment opportunities to five lakh youth, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said.

Half of the posts of contract teachers and Ten percent posts in police force have been reserved for women, while a women police battalion- Rani Durgawati Battalion- will be raised, Mr Chouhan said while addressing a gathering after inaugurating a 20-bed community health centre at Shyampur in Sehore district yesterday.

He also announced sanction of various electricity projects worth Rs 61 crore and a girl's high school at Shyampur.
