Nanda Kumar to hold additional charge

New Delhi, Dec 28 (UNI) Mr T. Nanda Kumar, Secretary in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and Food and Public Distribution, will hold additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director of Food Corporation of India.

The 1972 batch IAS officer of the Jharkhand cadre will hold charge of FCI till Alok Sinha takes over the charge as CMD.

Mr Sinha, 1973 batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, is at present an Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture.
