8 year old kid dies after a fall while flying kite

Surat, Dec 28 (UNI) An eight-year-old boy died after slipping from the sixth floor of an apartment in the Kapodra area of Surat, while flying a kite.

Kanu Vadari (8), son of Mr Dinesh Vadari was busy flying a kite on the sixth floor terrace of a Surat Municipal Corporation apartment yesterday evening, when he accidently slipped and fell down, police said.

He was immediately rushed to the civic SMIMER hospital where he succumbed to his injuries later in the day, they added.
