4 narcotic smugglers arrested

Mahoba, Dec 28 (UNI) Police arrested four narcotic smugglers here and seized a large quantity of psychotropic substance from their possession.

The police intercepted the miscreants on Kanpur-Sagar national highway late last night.

On being challenged, the criminals allegedly opened fire, but were nabbed.

Police said they have been identified as Rajendra, Raj Kumar, Ashok and Sharad.

On being searched, a large quantity of 'ganja' and cartridges were recovered from their possession.
