2 siblings hacked to death

Gorakhpur, Dec 28 (UNI) Two members of a family, including a teenager, were killed and as many wounded by unidentified miscreants here today.

Police said siblings Suman Gupta (22) and Abhay (18) were hacked to death, while they were sleeping inside their house in Ram Jankinagar locality under Shahpur police station area.

The miscreants also brutally injured their parents. The wounded were rushed to Baba Raghavdas Medical College, where their condition was said to be critical.

The reason behind the crime, however, was not known.

Investigations were on.
