Two wounded in grenade attack in Baramulla

Baramulla, Dec 27 (UNI) At least two people were wounded in a grenade attack at Khwaja Bagh in this district today, official sources said.

They said militants hurled a hand grenade on an Army vehicle passing through Khwaja Bagh in this north Kashmir district at around 1435 hrs.

The grenade missed the intended target and hit a tractor coming from the opposite direction, wounding two people travelling in it, the sources added.

The wounded have been shifted to a hospital. However, no damage was done to the Army vehicle, the sources said.
