IST to sell two wholly-owned units

New Delhi, Dec 27 (UNI) IST Ltd today announced plans to sell its stake in its two wholly-owned subsidiaries.

The company's board of directors will meet on December 30, 2006 to consider the disinvestment of equity shares in IST Steel&Power Ltd and Neil Builders Ltd, a company statement said.
