ICA Conference begins tomorrow

Visakhapatnam, Dec 27 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Human Resources Development (HRD) D Purandhareswari would inaugurate the three-day Conference here tomorrow under the aegis of Indian Commerce Association (ICA).

Talking to newspersons persons here today, Anna University Vice-Chancellor L Venugopal Reddy said, the conference was being hosted by the university after 34 years. People from various walks of life would attend the Conference, he added.

The ICA gold medal for the year would be presented to the best paper submitted during the conference and five silver medals would also be presented to the best paper on technical and seminar.

Mr Reddy said the Executive Committee meeting and the Annual General Body Meeting of the ICA, would be held during the Conference. The event coincides with the diamond jubilee of the ICA, he added.
