Hinduja TMT shares included in F

New Delhi, Dec 27: The securities of Hinduja TMT Ltd (HTMT) will be available for trading in the futures&options (F&O) segment from December 29, 2006.

''The details of the market lot and list of contracts being made available for trading in 26 new securities being added to the F&O segment would be informed to the members separately,'' NSE announced in a circular issued today.

HTMT is currently at an advanced stage of an ambitious restructuring process, which includes demerger of its IT/ITeS undertaking into a separate listed entity and the consolidation of its media and broadband subsidiaries into a single entity.

To be included in the F&O segment, stocks need to fulfill certain eligibility criteria, including being amongst the top 500 stocks in terms of average daily market capitalisation and average daily traded value in the previous six months on a rolling basis, the circular added.
