Govt should discuss with Mamata without any condition: Cong

Kolkata, Dec 27 (UNI) The West Bengal Congress today demanded that the state government should give back the ''forcibly acquired'' land to the farmers at Singur.

Talking to UNI, Congress Committee working president Pradip Bhattacharjee said, '' Forcibly acquired land should be given back to the farmers of Singur. '' He also said the government should immediately discuss with Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee, whose indefinite hunger strike entered the 24th day today, without any prior condition.

He also wondered the involvement of the BJP-led NDA in the Singur issue.
