First Flight brings Bangalore on its air cargo network

Bangalore, Dec 27 (UNI) First Flight Couriers, a leading domestic courier operator, today added Bangalore to its recently started aviation operations.

With this, the company was now offering direct connectivity between main trading hubs of the country like Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi, a company release here said.

The introduction of the daily flight lift capacity of eight tonnes to Bangalore also enabled First Flight to offer latter cut off times to its customers, enabling them to connect to outbound consignment loads in shorter time, the release said.

Company Deputy Managing Director R K Saboo said ''Bangalore and Chennai are critcal trade destinations in South India. With the revival of manufacturing activity in the country and Indian manufacturers looking to compete with global turn around delivery schedules, logistics support often become the key differentiator for exporters.''
