Uttaranchal experiences drop in temperature

Dehradun, Dec 27 (UNI) Uttaranchal is experiencing cold freezing weather for the last couple of days, with temperature dipping down.

According to the Weather department, the capital city Dehradun is under cloud cover due to western disturbances, with few place experiencing slight drizzles.

Kumaon region also has a thin scatter of cloud over it.

Meanwhile Tehri, Reshikesh and Hardwar in Garhwal region have also experienced drop in the temperature due to clouds.

The minimum temperature in Dehradun was recorded today at 8.9 degree Celsius and maximum was recorded at 14 degree Celsius respectively.

However, the temperature is likely to rise tomorrow as the Weather department have predicted a clear sky.
