Triton Corp to acquire Maple eSolutions

New Delhi, Dec 26 (UNI) Triton Corp Ltd will acquire Maple eSolutions Ltd by purchasing 100 per cent equity in it from Haryana Fibres Ltd.

The decision was taken at the meeting of the board of directors of the company today.

Maple eSolutions Ltd, a registered company, is in the similar line of business as that of Triton Corp -- IT, ITeS and BPO. It is currently running a 150 seater call centre at Noida in Uttar Pradesh.
