Mercury rises in MP

Bhopal, Dec 26 (UNI) Cyclonic circulation over eastern Rajasthan and moisture have led to a rise in temperature in Madhya Pradesh.

''Isolated locations witnessed overcast skies due to precipitation in Uttaranchal,'' a Regional Meteorological Centre official said today.

The world-renowed tourist destination Khajuraho and Jabalpur division's Malajkhand recorded the lowest overnight reading of 7 degrees Celsius.
