Baba Amte turns 93

Nagpur, Dec 26 (UNI) Noted social worker and Magsaysay award winner Baba Amte turned 93 today.

On his birthday, he and his wife Sadhana planted a sapling each at Anandwan in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, Vikas Amte, his son, told UNI on telephone.

Baba Amte spent the day among well wishers, he added.
