Suicide bomber kills 10 in Baghdad: Sources

BAGHDAD, Dec 21: A suicide bomber killed at least ten Iraqis and wounded ten at a police recruitment centre in Baghdad today, police sources said.

They said the bomber was in a queue at the entrance and blew himself up when policemen went to search him.

Two of the dead were policemen.

Police are a frequent target of insurgents, mainly Sunni Arabs, fighting the US-led forces and the Shi'ite-led government.
