DMK to support human chain prog on SL issue

Chennai, Dec 21: The ruling DMK has pledged support to the statewide 'human chain programme' organised by the Dravidar Kazhagam tomorrow on the Sri Lankan issue.

A DMK release here said, the party would support the programme, demanding protection of Eelam Tamils in the island nation.

Party Organising Secretary T K S Elangovan would take part in the programme to be held in the city, the release added.
