2 people killed in road accident

Kottayam, Dec 21: Two pedestrians were killed on the spot when a rubber wood laden lorry overturned and fell on them on the M C Road at Kurichi last night.

The deceased were identified George Kutty (44) of Malakunnam and Chackochan (50) of Kurichi. They were talking at the side of the road.

The lorry was on its way to Perumbavoor.
