Two hardcore militants nabbed

Imphal, Dec 20 (UNI) Two militants belonging to two separate organisations were nabbed by troops and Imphal West Commandos during the past 24 hours.

The PRO of Assam Rifles said a cadre of Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) was nabbed from Uripok, Imphal, on December 18.

Based on the information provided by the apprehended KCP cadre, troops of 22 Maratha Light Infantry apprehended a cadre of NSCN (K) from Imphal area.

He was a self-style sergeant major of the outfit, the PRO said.
