NASSCOM showcses product model innovations

Bangalore, Dec 20 (UNI) Ten IT companies across the country today showcased their world class innovative products at a one day session held at a NASSCOM Innovation Awards 2006 sessions.

As many as 18 companies had been shortlisted by NASSCOM. The broad categories for 2006 were Business Model, Process and Product innovation, for both emerging companies and large and MNC companies.

This forum for IT innovators in India was participated by 160 companies from across the industry this year.

Eight out of 18 short listed companies from other regions showcased their Business Model and Process Innovation in Hyderabad on December 19. These companies include Bharti Airtel, IBM India, Maruti Udyog, Capgemini Consulting amongst others.

The winners would be felicitated at the NASSCOM India Leadership Forum 2007, its prestigious Annual conference in February 2007 NASSCOM said here in a release.
