KEC International bags Rs 151cr orders from UAE and Ghana

New Delhi, Dec 20 (UNI) KEC International Ltd today said it has secured four orders worth Rs 151 crore.

Of the four, three orders worth Rs 106 crore are from United Arab Emirates (UAE) and one order worth Rs 45 crore is from Ghana.

The orders from UAE include one from state-owned Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority and Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority, for supply and construction of over head lines. Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority has also awarded a variation order for replacement of optical ground wire (OPGW).

The company has bagged the fourth order from Volta River Authority, Ghana for constructing a transmission line spanning over 215 Kms from Aboadze Thermal power plant to Volta switching station.
