IPBA granted World Boxing Council affiliation

New Delhi, Dec 20 (UNI) The Indian Professional Boxing Association (IPBA) today said it has been granted affiliation by the World Boxing Council (WBC) and Pan Asian Boxing Association (PABA).

An IPBA release said here that the Association has received a letter from WBC president Jose Suleimon approving IPBA'a affiliation to the world body.

It also said that IPBA has been informed via e-mail by PABA Director General, confirming IPBA's registration as PABA member.
