Cloud cover makes temp rise in Rajasthan

Jaipur, Dec 20 (UNI) The state capital today witnessed a rise in temperature by 6 degree Celsius owing to western disturbances and a cloud cover.

According to the weather department, Jaipur mapped 12 degree Celsius today, a straight jump from yesterday's 6.1 degree Celsius minimum.

Many other cities in the state recorded 3 to 4 degree Celsius rise today. Churu, however, remained the coldest in the state, mapping 5.7 degree Celsius.

Ganganagar recorded 6, Pilani and Dabok 9, Barmer 10, Kota 11, Ajmer 12, Bikaner 13 and Jodhpur and Jaisalmer 14 degree Celsius.

The weather department has predicted dry weather over the next 24 hours in the state.
