15 gamblers arrested in Kashmir, Rs 1.30 lakh seized

Srinagar, Dec 20 (UNI) Police today said they have arrested as many as 15 gamblers during a raid on a particular house in the city and seized Rs 1.30 lakh from their possession.

Acting on a specific information, a police party, led by SDPO Sadder police station Keshav Chaurasia raided the house of Parvez Ahmed Mir at Budshah Mohalla near Chanapora at 1800 hrs last evening and arrested 15 gamblers.

An amount of Rs 1.30 lakh kept at stake was also seized from their possession, police added.
