TADA Court gives Sanjay Dutt two days time to surrender
Mumbai, Dec 19 (UNI) The Special TADA Court delivering its verdict in the 93' serial Mumbai bomb blasts case, today granted two days time to Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, to surrender before jail authorities.
The actor's bail had ended today.
Dutt's lawyer Satish Maneshinde had pleaded for extension of his client's bail till the Court decides on the quantum of the sentence to be awarded to the actor. The Court had earlier convicted him under various sections of the Arms Act.
Special Judge P D Kode will now hear Sanjay's bail plea on Dec 21.
Clad in a sky blue colour shirt, blue jeans and sporting a 'tikka' on his forehead, 'Munnabhai' was allowed to go home, much to the delight of large number of his fans, who had gathered around the court to have a glimpse of the actor.
