SNC Lavalin: review petition posted to tomorrow

Kochi, Dec 19 (UNI) A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court today adjourned petitions seeking for a CBI probe into the SNC Lavalin case and the review petition filed by the CBI to tomorrow.

The Advocate-General submitted that they had already filed a review petition in the contempt case.

The contempt case was closed earlier by the Court recording the submissions of the state government. It now wanted to review that order as the Cabinet decided to conduct a Vigilance enquiry instead of a CBI probe.

After hearing the submissions, the Bench comprisng Chief Justice V K Bali and Justice P R Raman posted all the cases to tomorrow for hearing along with the review petition filed by the government.
