HC stays arrest warrants against top finance officials
Jaipur, Dec 19 (UNI) Rajasthan High Court today stayed the execution of non-bailable arrest warrants of three top government finance officials, issued by a lower court in connection with a land dispute matter, till January 15.
Justice Ajay Rastogi issued the orders after hearing arguements in the Jaipur Development Authority versus Bhikam Chand case, in which present finance secretary and former JDA Commissioner Rajeev Maharishi, DPIP project director Abhay Kumar and RAS officer Jagroop Singh Yadav are the accused.
