Former Palestinian minister abducted in Gaza

GAZA, Dec 18 (Reuters) Unidentified gunmen today abducted a senior Fatah official in the Gaza Strip, a spokesman for President Mahmoud Abbas's once dominant movement said. Fatah blamed Hamas for the abduction of Sufian Abu Zaida, who is also a former minister of prisoner affairs.
