ESC to organise 'INDIA SOFT-2007' event from Jan 9

Hyderabad, Dec 19 (UNI) Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) would organise global networking event 'INDIA SOFT-2007' at Hitex International Exhibition Centre here from January 9 and 10 Addressing the press here, ESC Chairman Nalin Kohli said the event would showcase India's cutting edge IT capabilities and outsourcing partnerships to the global IT and business community.

He said the event was being sponsored by the Ministry of Communications&Information Technology and Ministry of Commerce&Industry. More than 600 senior executives from the global markets would participate in the event.

The event would be the ideal meeting ground for overseas and Indian industry which will focus on the emerging IT outsourcing opportunities in the non-traditional markets of European Union and the Far East Asian countries, Mr Kohli said, adding that it also encourage Indian software companies for exporting their products.
