CBI files one more chargesheet in Tehelka tape cases

New Delhi, Dec 19 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation has filed a chargesheet against an Assistant with the Ministry of Defence in the Tehelka expose case.

The accused has been charged with accepting a bribe to compromise on sensitive documents and information. With this the total number of chargesheets in the case has gone up to six.

The chargesheet was filed before the Special Judge in the Patiala House Court here.

During the course of investigation it was revealed that that the accused provided the news portal Tehelka.com access to classified documents of Ministry of Defence in return of Rs 80500.
