CBI custody for six copyright accused

New Delhi, Dec 19 (UNI) A local court today remanded six persons, arrested for violation of Copyright Act, to CBI custody.

The CBI had swooped down on the premises of Gopal Bhuttan on November 7 for flagrant violence of the Copyright Act.

The raid yielded heap of pirated CDs and several other equipments. However, Bhuttan had escaped and continues to be at large.

The FIR was registered against the gamg on December 6. Three of the accused had been arrested yesterday.
