Two persons from AP killed in road mishap

Chitradurga, Karnataka, Dec 18 (UNI) Two motorcyclists, hailing from neighbouring Andhra Pradesh, were killed on the spot when their two-wheeler collided with a truck near Konasagar village in this district today.

Police sources said the mishap occurred when the victims were on their way to Molakanmuru from Raidurga in Andhra Pradesh.

The deceased were identified as Srinivas (33) and Basavarj (22).

The truck driver was arrested and remanded to police custody.
