Temperatures fluctuate across Rajasthan, cold wave continues
Jaipur, Dec 18 (UNI): The western disturbances in Pakistan and Jammu and Kashmir has resulted in fluctuations in temperatures across Rajasthan.
Churu remained the coldest, at 4.4 degree Celsius. According to meteorological department, the temperatures are fluctuating between two to four degree Celsius under the pressure of western disturbances.
While on one hand, the minimum temperature in Churu today witnessed a fall of four degree Celsius from yesterday, on the other hand, temperature rose by a degree in Ajmer, 11.2 degree Celsius today.
The temperatures also rose in Barmer. The state capital recorded 8.5 degree Celsius today, a dip of 0.5 degree from yesterday.
However, the bright sun made the day warm, making people take off their woollens.
Pilani recorded 6.3 degree Celsius, Ganganagar 8.1, Dabok 9.4, Barmer 10.2, Jaisalmer 10.5, Bikaner 10.7, Jodhpur 11.6and Kota 13.2 degree Celsius today.
