Non-bailable warrants issued to two BEML officials

Kolar Gold Fields, Karnataka, Dec 18 (UNI) A lower court today issued non-bailable warrants to two top officials of the public sector Bharat Earth Movers Limited, KGF Complex.

Munsif Court judge Santosh Kumar Shetty ordered issuance of non-bailable warrants to BEML Chief General Manager Mohan and General Manager Mulla for not appearing in the court despite issuing notices in a case relating to paying overtime at the rate of double the pay since 2002 to the employees.

The Judge directed production of the two officials on December 21.

BEML Employees Association President Satyamurthy complained in this regard to the Inspector of Factories and Boilers, who filed a case in the court.
