ABG Shipyard secures order from Netherlands-based Vroon BV

New Delhi, Dec 18 (UNI) ABG Shipyard Ltd today said it has secured a Euro 1.65 million order for construction of a diving support vessel from the Netherlands-based company, Vroon Offshore BV.

The order involves construction of one unit 78M Length of the Vessel (LOA).

The company is already building two vessels for Vroon Offshore BV.

With the above order in terms of around Rs 100 crore for one confirmed vessel, the aggregate of the orders in hand with the company will amount to about Rs 2,400 crore.

Vroon BV is an international shipping company, active in a number of specialised and commodity type shipping segments. It operates and manages a diverse fleet of about 80 vessels.
