Three women killed in road accident

Coimbatore, Dec 17 (UNI) Three women, all pedestrians, were killed in a road accident when a van hit them at Ottaikadai village in Palladam-Darapuram Road in this district today.

Police said the mishap occured when the driver of the van lost control of the vehicle.

The victims were identified as Meenakhi (48), Sarasal (50), and Ammakkal(55).
