Swamy slams UP governor for attacking Mulayam

Lucknow, Dec 17 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav today found an unexpected ally in Janata Party president Subramaniam Swamy, who charged governor T V Rajeswar for constantly targetting the state government ''at the behest of Congress.'' Talking to reporters here, Dr Swamy said the governor should resign immediately as he was not ''impartial'' in his approach in dealing with the Samajwadi Party-led government.

Charging the governor with making undesirable statements, he said Mr Rajeswar should stop working as ''a commissioner of 10, Janpath.'' UNI NAB VD RAI1845
