Modi to tour Kutch tomorrow
Ahmedabad, Dec 17 (UNI)Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi will tour Kutch district tomorrow and inaugurate the 'Guide' international seminar at 0900 hrs which will see over 120 environmentalists, scientists and green activists, including 20 from overseas, participate in the three-day regional conference focusing on increasing desertification and its serious fallouts.
After inauguration of the seminar, Modi will reach Jhakhau where he will dedicate a fisheries harbour port to the fishermen. He then will proceed to Netra to lay the foundation stone for a water supply project that will supply Narmada water to western parts of Kutch. He will then go Bhuj to inaugurate a new Collectorate building and a central prison. He is then slated to attend the ''Chintan Shibir'' for district officials.
